2. Mobile Messaging Service

The JaOcCo mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by JaOcCo (“JaOcCo”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional SMS messages at the mobile number you provided.

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology, even if your number is registered on a national or federal Do Not Call list, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Participation in the program is voluntary.

Messages may include:
• order confirmations and updates
• account alerts
• promotional offers
• announcements of new collections or limited releases
• abandoned cart reminders

3. Opt-Out and Support

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

You will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

4. Fees and Liability

JaOcCo does not charge for the Service.
You are responsible for all fees charged by your wireless carrier.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If you change your number, you must re-enroll.

5. Modifications

JaOcCo may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

JaOcCo may also change the short code or sending number used for the Service. Messages sent to previous numbers may not be received.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.

6. Personal Data

Data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with the JaOcCo Privacy Policy.
