1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the sale of clothing and accessories under the JaOcCo brand through our online store.

The products are designed by JaOcCo and made to order by specialized technical partners according to our specifications, in order to avoid overstock and waste.

3. Definitions

Customer: any natural person acting as a consumer or non-professional.
Products: clothing and accessories marketed under the JaOcCo brand.

4. Products, availability and manufacturing

Our collections are offered in limited editions.

As the Products are made to order, minor variations in color, print placement, texture or fabric composition may occur depending on the selected color and the production facility.

When available, the detailed composition is indicated on the product page. Otherwise, the Customer may contact us before purchase.

5. Prices, currencies and taxes

Prices are displayed in CHF, EUR, GBP, USD or CAD depending on the relevant market.

Applicable taxes and additional fees are specified in the cart and/or at checkout.

For cross-border shipments, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the carrier upon delivery and remain the responsibility of the Customer.

6. Orders — legal age — contract formation

The sale of Products is limited to persons 18 years of age or older.

The order becomes binding once payment is confirmed. JaOcCo reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability, obvious error, suspected fraud or non-payment. Any amounts charged will then be cancelled or refunded.

7. Payment

The available payment methods (cards, PayPal, etc.) are displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed by secure service providers. JaOcCo does not store full credit card details.

8. Delivery

Delivery areas

Switzerland, France, Germany, United Kingdom, United States, Canada.

The Products are shipped from the production and shipping center closest to the Customer in order to reduce delivery times and costs.

Indicative delivery times: generally 4 to 7 business days (production + shipping). These may vary depending on destination, carrier and peak periods.

In all cases, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days.

In the event of an incomplete address, refusal of the parcel or failure to collect it, reshipping fees may apply.

9. Transfer of risk

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer when the Customer, or a third party designated by them, physically takes possession of the Products.

10. Retention of title

The Products remain the property of JaOcCo until full payment has been received.

11. Right of withdrawal and exceptions

European Union

EU consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

United Kingdom

UK consumers also benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, except in the event of a defect.

Switzerland

In Switzerland, no automatic statutory right of withdrawal applies. Any request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of JaOcCo.
