1. Service areas

JaOcCo currently ships to the following areas:

  • Switzerland
  • France
  • Germany
  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Canada

Orders are shipped from the production and fulfilment centre closest to the customer in order to reduce delivery times, logistics costs and customs risks.


2. Production and shipping times

The timelines shown on the website are estimated.

Estimated time (production + transit)

👉 4 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

These timelines may vary depending on:

  • order volume,
  • destination,
  • carrier,
  • peak periods (promotions, holidays),
  • or potential customs inspections.

In any case, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days, in accordance with applicable legal obligations.


3. Shipping fees

Shipping fees depend on the delivery area and the currency of the relevant market.
Exact amounts are displayed automatically at checkout.

  • Free shipping: from 50 CHF
  • Standard shipping: 9.90 CHF
  • Premium shipping (insured against loss/theft): 19.90 CHF

🇫🇷 France (EUR)

  • Free shipping: from 55 €
  • Standard shipping: 6.90 €
  • Premium shipping: 19.90 €

🇩🇪 Germany (EUR)

  • Free shipping: from 55 €
  • Standard shipping: 6.90 €
  • Premium shipping: 19.90 €

🇬🇧 United Kingdom (GBP)

  • Free shipping: from 40 £
  • Standard shipping: 5.90 £
  • Premium shipping: 16.90 £

🇺🇸 United States (USD)

  • Free shipping: from 70 USD
  • Standard shipping: 6.90 USD
  • Premium shipping: 19.90 USD

🇨🇦 Canada (CAD)

  • Free shipping: from 95 CAD
  • Standard shipping: 11.90 CAD
  • Premium shipping: 33.90 CAD

4. Premium Shipping (insured)

The Premium Shipping (insured) option provides priority handling in the event of loss or damage during transit.

It includes:

  • a free reshipment or a refund if the item is no longer available,
  • priority handling of the claim in case an incident is reported.

This option is optional and does not affect your statutory rights regarding delivery and warranty.


5. Tracking and delivery

A tracking link is provided as soon as the order is shipped.

If delivery is missed, the parcel is not collected, or the address is incomplete/incorrect, reshipping fees may apply.


6. Customs and taxes

In most cases, production and shipping are carried out locally or within the same economic area as the destination country, which helps avoid additional customs duties or import taxes.

In exceptional cases where a parcel is shipped from another economic area, import duties or taxes may be charged by the carrier at the time of delivery.
These amounts remain payable by the customer.


7. Shipping address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address provided at checkout.

Any address change after dispatch may not be possible or may result in additional fees.

8. Lost or damaged items

In case of a missing, damaged, or lost item during transit, the customer is invited to contact customer service at:

  • the order number,
  • and, if applicable, photos of the parcel or the item concerned.

Depending on the case, an appropriate replacement, reshipment, or refund will be offered.


9. Processing cut-off time
Orders placed before 5:00 pm (local time of the destination country) are generally processed the same day or the next business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm are considered received on the next business day.


10. Force majeure

JaOcCo cannot be held liable for delivery delays or impossibility caused by a force majeure event such as strikes, logistics breakdowns, natural disasters, war, pandemic, administrative decisions, or customs blocks.

Obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
